Welcome to Irvine Physio (we, our, or us). These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which we provide physiotherapy and related services to you, the client or patient (you or your). By accessing our services, booking an appointment, or attending a session, you agree to these term
Opening hours.
We reserve our right to change our opening hours at any time, without notice to you. You will be notified of any permanent changes to our opening hours. Irvine Physio may close on public holidays or any other day at our discretion.
Services Provided.
We offer physiotherapy services including, but not limited to:
Sports injury rehabilitation
Deep tissue massage and myofascial release
Dry needling
Biomechanical Assesment
Strength and Conditioning
Back and neck pain.
Our practitioners are registered and operate under the relevant professional guidelines and scope of practice.
Appointments & Cancellations.
Booking: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee (up to 100% of the session fee).
Emergency Cancellations: We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
Fees & Payments.
Pricing: All fees are clearly stated prior to treatment and may be subject to change.
Payment: Appointments are paid for immediately following completion of the appointment. Payment can be made via eftpos or cash. Credit card options are also available, please note this will incur a bank surcharge payable by the client.
Insurance & ACC: If applicable, we can assist with ACC or private insurance claims. However, you are responsible for any fees not covered by third parties.
Client Responsibilities.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete health information
Follow treatment plans and guidance to the best of your ability
Inform us of any changes in your condition or medical history
Be respectful to staff and other clients
Privacy & Confidentiality.
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and other relevant laws. We will not share your information without your consent, except where required by law or for your safety.
Informed Consent.
By attending our services, you provide informed consent for assessment and treatment. You have the right to:
Ask questions
Decline treatment
Request a second opinion or alternative options
Health & Safety.
We follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols. If you are unwell please reschedule your appointment.
Limitations of Liability.
While we provide professional care to the highest standard, results may vary depending on your condition, commitment, and other factors. We are not liable for outcomes beyond our control.
Changes to Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or made available in the clinic.
